Home-Coming Blues

Been for a "City-Break!" Well, a few of us from Wired Radio went to the Student Radio Conference in Nottingham for three days. It was great, I mean, Nottingham is ok, not overly special (apologies), has a few very nice building etc. Wasn't a fan of the Night Life, but then we were surrounded by students.

We managed to get third place in the quiz (although we never did get our prize!) and that was out of like twenty teams, who had 10+ members, we were a six, so I thought that was pretty awesome.

But we got to stay in Premier Inn for a couple of nights, and I made some amazing friends, I genuinely came home so smiley and happy because I had had a really good time, and established a much better friendship with some people I was previously only aquatinted with.

Not who I went to Nottingham with, but just think it is a lovely picture of some friends.

So yeah, really appreciating friendships right now and couldn't ask for better ones. Keep hold of them, I have learnt how horrible it is when you let friendships fade, and I would never let it happen again, the relationships I have now, mean so much at this time. That made sound incredibly soppy, but I do not mind to be honest. Friends need appreciating sometimes!

P.s ... Saying that, should have seen the makeover we gave our friend when passed out the other night. He was not impressed. Friendship!
